Welcome!
We're so glad you're here.
Collaboration and collective action are powerful tools for challenging entrenched systems and pushing for meaningful reform. We aim to dismantle the structures perpetuating injustice, disadvantage specific populations, and challenge coercive legal tools by demystifying them. It's crucial to ensure that the justice system works equitably for all, especially those who have historically faced discrimination or exploitation, such as workers of color, women, low-wage earners, union members, immigrants, disabled individuals, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
The People's Parity Project @ UConn Law is the proud founder of the CT Pro-People Judiciary Coalition, joining legal advocates, disability rights groups, community organizations, and plaintiffs’ law firms in an effort to diversify the state judiciary.
