Condition of Resources

All resources must be handled with care. Marking, highlighting, writing, or defacing is prohibited.

Prohibited Uses

Resources are for personal academic use only. Illegal activity, university policy violations, or unauthorized reproduction are not allowed. You cannot sell, rent, or transfer borrowed resources. Commercial use, including selling summaries or notes, is forbidden.

Return of Resources

Books must be returned in their original condition by the date specified on this form. Loss, theft, or damage must be reported immediately.*

Termination of Borrowing Privileges

The Library reserves the right to terminate your borrowing privileges if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions or engage in conduct that undermines the Library’s mission.
