About Samantha
Samantha (Sam) attended Villanova University for her undergraduate studies, majoring in political science and psychology just outside of Philadelphia. During summer breaks, she worked for a real estate and personal injury firm in CT, and during the school year, she worked as a dog walker and fur-baby sitter.
Having an immigrant husband and going through the immigration process with him ignited a passion in Samantha to legally protect, serve, and support people from all marginalized and oppressed groups. She has a strong legal interest in human rights and immigration, including PPP, IRAP, asylum, and human rights clinics. Samantha is excited to see what impact and changes she can make both within and outside of the UConn Community.
Samantha enjoys playing with her fur baby Mila, singing loudly in the shower, embarking on spontaneous outdoor adventures with friends, and eating sushi with her husband Erick.
